UPDATE: I will actually post some of my fics to my webpage instead of FF.net, as some people prefer to read them that way. That and I'm not very happy withFF.net's policy of allowing anonymous 'critics' freely bashing my work but not allowing me to review those peoples own works.
That's the issue I have with the facebook/twitter generation: a lot of people freely make stupid comments about other people and never have to live the consequences. This makes them pretty much terrorists--they can go around, surf the internet and freely lambast, bully, and shame people but never get called on their own wrongdoings.
Not a lot different from Senators and Congressmen, actually. Except that internet bashing is a free service, while we pay top dollar for politicians to shit upon our lives on a daily basis.
